The Resilient Rural Belize Programme (RRB) is the Executing Agency for the Project, and the Ministry of
Finance, Investment, Economic Transformation, Civil Aviation & E-Governance, is responsible for the
overall implementation of the project. RRB invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Road
Infrastructure – San Jose Farm Road (3.5 km), Toledo District. The works include, but may not be
limited to, the upgrading of the San Jose Farm Road, Toledo District, to a traversable standard over a length
of approximately 3.5 kilometres (km) and comprises the following:
• Clearing of road reserve
• Undercutting of soft material and disposal
• Excavation and cleaning of side drains
• Installation of grouted riprap for embankment protection
• Supply and installation of concrete ford crossings
• Supply, transportation, placement and compaction of fill materials
Electronic or physical bids must be delivered no later than July 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (local time). Bids will be opened publicly immediately after the deadline for submission of bids, in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the third address below.
