The Government of Belize acting through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology has received a Loan from the Inter-American Development Bank toward the cost of Skills for the Future Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to
payments under the Contract for Purchase of Virtual Lab (VL) Technologies (eLearning devices with software) – BL-L1044-P00014.
The Project Execution Unit under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Purchase of Virtual Lab (VL) Technologies (eLearning devices with software). The delivery period is four (4) to eight
(8) weeks.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Execution Unit, Tamara Tingling-Cano, Procurement Specialist, procurement.specialist@moe.gov.bz, and copied to project.coordinator@moe.gov.bz, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, local Belize time.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before August 11, 2026, at 3:00 pm local Belize time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend either in person
or online at the address below on August 11, 2026, at 3:15 pm, local Belize time.
