Presentation of the Procurement Process

Bids for this invitation to bid shall bereceived no later than October 20, 2026, until 10: 00a.m at the following
physical address below.

Bidding Data 9.1

The deadline for consultations and clarifications is as follows:

  1. Clarification may be sought no later than October 5th, 2026.
  2. The buyer shall respond to the queries of the bidder for the preparation of their bids no later than October 9th, 2026.

Bidding Data 24.1

  1. Bids must be received no later than October 20th, 2026, until 10:00a.m. at the address detailed in BD 23.2 (b)
  2. The deadline for the preparation of the bids will be 53 days.
