Millennium Challenge Account-Belize (MCA-Belize) announces the award of a grant to School-to-School International (STS) to implement the Equipping Secondary Educators Program Partnership (ESEPP). The Program Partnership Agreement was signed on September 30, 2026.
ESEPP supports the Belize Compact’s goal of increasing the number of post-primary graduates with competencies relevant to labor market demand. Working closely with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology (MoECST), teacher education institutions and other education stakeholders, the partnership will strengthen existing Belizean institutions and systems.
