The Ministry of Economic Transformation will be responsible for the execution of the Programme and all its components, reporting all progress to CABEI and ensuring the execution of each component under the terms established for CABEI formulation and approval. The General Objectives of the consultancy to be contracted are to ensure the timely procurement of all Goods, Works, Services, and Consultancies subject to CABEI’s Procurement Guidelines and Belize’s Procurement Guidelines. The Ministry of Economic Transformation now invites interested consultants to present their
expressions of interest along with their respective resumes to participate in the selection process for the consultancy of a Procurement Officer with the Belize Integral Security Programme (BISP).

The Project Coordinator (PC) is expected to employ a collaborative approach to ensure that the different components of the BISP are implemented and that inputs from all the key stakeholders,
including the four Co-Executors, are incorporated to facilitate successful implementation of the Program. The PC is responsible for leading the Program Execution Unit (PEU) and will be responsible for providing critical technical, logistical and administrative inputs during program implementation.

The successful candidate shall have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management or other related disciplines; or a master’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management. A minimum of five (5) years’
experience in project management.
